2020 profile is a 20mm x 20mm metric 20 series square T-slot aluminum extrusion. With four open T-slots, it allows flexible accessory mounting from any direction. Its smooth surface resists dirt buildup and is easy to clean, ideal for various machinery applications.

Compatible with all 20 series fasteners, it's commonly used with M6 bolts (16mm length) and T-nuts. For higher strength, M6 bolts with sliding nuts are recommended.

The 20-2040 profile is a 20mm x 40mm metric 20 series rectangular T-slot profile with six open T-slots: two on each 40mm face and one on each 20mm face. Smooth and easy to clean, it resists dirt and debris buildup.

Compatible with 20 series fasteners, it's ideal for workspaces, machine guards, displays, and panel mount racks. As part of 80/20's smallest profile series, it offers versatility in various applications.
