Product Description:

Type: Sliding nut, suitable for Aluminum Extrusion Profile.

• High quality carbon steel, moisture resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, healthy and lead-free. High hardness, twice as hard as copper.

• Sliding nut can only be inserted into T slot from the end profile, it owns the most excellent connection strength and reliability. Very easy to be slide into T slot of aluminum profile.

• Widely used for building industrial aluminum frame structures, 3D printers, CNC Routers, CNC laser cutters, Robotics Projects, 3d printer aluminum framing,CNC routers, CNC laser cuttersetc.

Roll-In Nut

These T-nuts are similar to the Drop-in T-nuts due to the ability of being loaded in from the top.  

The rounded shape of these T-nuts let you "roll" them into the T-slot without the need of loading them in from the side.  

Often times, the leaf-spring and ball-spring versions are used in a vertical T-slots to prevent sliping due to gravity.


Application:

Roll into the T-solt of 30 and 40 series profiles at any location and held into position using a spring-loaded ball.

The raised area fits into the T-solt to prevent twisting.Should not be used where the raised ares might interfere with

other accessories such as tabs on universal fasteners,hinges,etc.
